After various COVID related delays, we are very pleased to confirm that construction of our cellar door started in May this year. We are pleased to say that we are now around 30% through, and we are on track to open around the end of March 2023 (fingers crossed). Most of the framing is now complete, all structural steel has been installed and we have a roof - it is actually starting to look more like a cellar door now!

for liquor to be delivered to an adult person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

for an adult person to order or request a person under the age of 18 years to take delivery to liquor sold over the internet, by telephone, facsimile or mail order. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
All orders placed must be delivered to the adult person who placed the order, or another adult person at the delivery premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the adult person who placed the order, or in accordance with the customer's instructions. A failure to adhere to these delivery requirements may result in a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units
