Vintage 2016 was simply spectacular in Tasmania. Ideal growing conditions provided the perfect platform to grow fruit that was of excellent quality, with perfect balance between flavour and physiological ripeness.
This wine has a rich nose, showing lime, lemon and talc notes. The palate shows bright grapefruit, lemon juice and green apple flavours as well as crisp Tasmanian acidity. The resulting wine has excellent length and a crisp, refreshing finish and is perfectly suited to a range of cuisines such as fresh Tasmanian seafood and spicy cuisines.
