The 2017 wine grape vintage in Tasmania showed excellent quality, although yields were slightly down from those in 2016. We are very pleased with the balanced acidity and very good flavour aroma profiles across all wine styles.
Made from vines over 40 years old, this wine has an aromatic nose of citrus pith and white flowers. The palate shows bright lemon juice and green apple flavours as well as crisp Tasmanian acidity. The resulting wine has excellent length and is perfectly suited to a range of cuisines such as fresh Tasmanian seafood and spicy cuisines.
