Our Chardonnay is a lightly wooded style, aged for around 8 months in a combination of new and used French oak. We aim for the oak treatment, as well as some natural malolactic fermentation, to provide a counter balance to the crisp fruit flavours generated by Tasmania's cool climate.
This premium cool climate Chardonnay showcases generous citrus, pineapple, stone fruit and integrated French oak flavours, finishing with intensity and balance. You can enjoy this wine now and it will also reward careful cellaring.
