Product DescriptionTasmania has a justified reputation for producing world class Pinot Noir wines - and we like to think we have contributed to this reputation! Meticulous work in the vineyard to lower bunch yields as well as careful handling in the winery (including a variable portion of whole bunch use) result in a Pinot Noir that is on the bold side - or as some have said, a Pinot Noir for Shiraz drinkers!
This premium cool climate Pinot Noir has a generous cherry and spice nose and a powerful palate of dark and red cherries, spice and hints of dark earth and minerals, supported by excellent tannins. Enjoyable now, this wine may also be confidently cellared.
