Our 2016 Cuvée Traditionelle is here!

We’re excited to announce the release of our 2016 Cuvée Traditionelle sparkling! Produced in the traditional Champenoise method from Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) grapes and aged for over 5 years on lees, this wine has an aromatic nose of brioche, white flowers and citrus which flows seamlessly into a palate of lemon, lime, green apple and melon. With a crisp, dry finish this limited release wine is perfect with fresh Tasmanian seafood – such as scallops or oysters - or simply as an aperitif. Disgorged in February 2022, it will gain further richness over the next 3 years.
