Our August 2025 Wine Dinner at e'cco Bistro (Brisbane) has been announced!

We are very pleased to be able to confirm details of our (second) August 2025 Wine Dinner in Brisbane. We're joining forces with chef Philip Johnston and the talented team at e'cco Bistro for a night of award winning wines matched with exception foods.

When: 6.30pm to 9.30pm, Wednesday 6 August 2025

Where: e'cco Bistro (8/63 Skyring Terrace, Newstead)

Dress Code: Smart casual

Cost: $140 per ticket, prepayment required. 

Format:Canape on arrival followed by 4 courses, paired with 8 wines  

Seating: A range of communal tables, offering a great opportunity to mingle and chat with fellow guests throughout the evening.

Moreton bay bug slider, celery, lemon, old bay spice, long with artisan sourdough, French butter, black ash salt (on arrival)

Our General Manager Rafe will be our ambassador on the night, and is looking forward to welcoming you and guiding you through the food and wine matches. All wines served on the night will be available to purchase by mail order (subject to bottle limits) and all purchases on the night go into the draw to win a magnum of our limited 2023 Bream Creek Reserve Pinot Noir.
