We are very pleased to be able to confirm details of our Adelaide Wine Dinner...we are once again partnering with Fiona and the fantastic team at The Caledonian Hotel for a night of expertly cooked contemporary Australian food matched with our award winning wines! Here are the important details:

When: 7pm, Wednesday 23 July 2025

Where: The Caledonian Hotel, 219 O'Connell St, North Adelaide

Dress Code: Smart casual

Cost: $140 per ticket, prepayment required. 

Format: 5 courses, paired with 8 wines

Fiona and the team at the Cali run regular wine/spirit dinners and have an intimate understanding of food and wine matching. We've settled on a proposed menu that pays homage to traditional food and wine matches and, while we don't want to give too much away, here is a sneak peak at a couple of the proposed menu items*, to whet your appetite:

Our General Manager Rafe will be our ambassador on the night, and is looking forward to welcoming you and guiding you through the food and wine matches. All wines served on the night will be available to purchase by mail order (subject to bottle limits) and all purchases on the night go into the draw to win a magnum of 2023 Bream Creek Reserve Pinot Noir.
