Our July 2025 Canberra Wine Dinner has been announced!

We're joining forces with the talented team at Canberra institution Rubicon for an exceptional pairing of our award winning wines and their culinary expertise. Details below:

When: 6.30pm to 9.30pm, Thursday 31 July 2025

Where: Rubicon (6A Barker St, Griffith)

Dress Code: Smart casual

Cost: $140 per ticket, prepayment required. 

Format: Canape/s on arrival followed by 4 courses, paired with 8 wines 

Seating: Dependent on bookings but usually communal tables 4 or 6 people, offering a great opportunity to mingle and chat with fellow guests throughout the evening.

Corn & Basil Douphine, citrus ricotta, avruga caviar | Yellowfin tuna tartare, yuzu, salmon caviar, avocado (on arrival)

Duck three ways (breast, confit, duck brik), wild mushrooms, Dutch carrots, celeriac puree, crispy enoki, port jus

Apple tarte tatin, vanilla sable, butterscotch caramel, anglaise, creme fraiche sorbet

  • 2023 Late Picked (Schönburger/Riesling blend)

Our General Manager Rafe will be our ambassador on the night, and is looking forward to welcoming you and guiding you through the food and wine matches. All wines served on the night will be available to purchase by mail order (subject to bottle limits) and all purchases on the night go into the draw to win a magnum of our limited 2023 Bream Creek Reserve Pinot Noir.
