Our July 2025 Perth Wine Dinner has been announced!

We're partnering with talented chef Mathieu Wyatt at Intuition Bar & Kitchen for an intimate night of superb wines partnered with his excellent cooking. 

When: 6.30pm to 9.30pm, Wednesday 30 July 2025

Where: Intuition Wine & Kitchen (279 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco) 

Dress Code: Smart casual

Cost: $140 per ticket

Format: Canape on arrival followed by 4 courses, paired with 8 wines 

Seating: At communal tables, offering a great opportunity to mingle and chat with fellow guests throughout the evening.

Spanish Croquettes (San Daniel prosciutto, romesco, parmesan) (on arrival)

Confit duck leg, duck breast pinchos, duck rillette crepe, parsnip purée, roasted and crisped parsnip, persimmon gastrique jus

  • 2024 Estate Pinot Noir
  • 2023 Reserve Pinot Noir

Craquelin choux pastry, rhubarb compote, pistachio custard, vanilla espuma, fairy floss, mascarpone and pistachio gelato

  • 2023 Late Picked (Schönburger/Riesling blend)

Our General Manager Rafe will be our ambassador on the night, and is looking forward to welcoming you and guiding you through the food and wine matches. All wines served on the night will be available to purchase by mail order (subject to bottle limits) and all purchases on the night go into the draw to win a magnum of our limited 2023 Bream Creek Reserve Pinot Noir.
