Our July 2025 Sydney Wine Dinner has been announced!

We are very pleased to be able to confirm details of our Sydney Wine Dinner...we are partnering with the hospitality experts at Alegre Bar & Dining for a night of exquisite and contemporary Mexican food matched with our award winning wines! Here are the important details:

  • When: 6pm to 9pm, Tuesday 29 July 2025
  • Where: Alegre Bar & Dining (1 Lime St, King Street Wharf, Sydney)
  • Dress Code: Smart casual
  • Cost: $150 per ticket
  • Format: 6 tasting plates/dishes, paired with 8 wines  
  • Seating: At communal tables, offering a great opportunity to mingle and chat with fellow guests throughout the evening.

Now, I can hear some of you saying "Mexican?!". Alegre Bar & Dining showcases a different take on Mexican cuisine, working with complexities from traditional cooking and curing practices mixed with modern techniques to create beautifully executed dishes, focusing on using Mexican & Australian Native ingredients. We've settled on a proposed menu with the talented chefs at Alegre and are very, very happy with the wine and food matches! We don't want to give too much away but here is a sneak peak at a couple of the proposed menu and wine matches*, to whet your appetite:

Our General Manager Rafe will be our ambassador on the night, and is looking forward to welcoming you and guiding you through the food and wine matches. All wines served on the night will be available to purchase by mail order (subject to bottle limits) and all purchases on the night go into the draw to win a magnum of 2023 Bream Creek Reserve Pinot Noir.
