All parts in wonderful, complex balance: the fruit is still vibrant and fresh with just the right amount of yeasty, savoury nuances through the base. “Mmmmm, warm and toasty biscuits. Green apple, lemon, white blossoms, honeysuckle and a touch of apricot. On the palate, the finesse of those floral and fruity characteristics join some mouthwatering acidity and that nutty, beeswax and praline finish that lingers and dances away.
