Showing a touch of honeyed development on the nose, along with red apple and Key Lime (native to south east Asia) pie. The palate is energetic, lemon curd, lime pith and Granny Smith apple supported by great line and length. Still youthful – drink now to 5+ years. LIMITED CELLAR RELEASE
