“This is fresh, springy and fun. Not as funky as some of the natural and low intervention wines on the market but it is perfect if you want something a little fresher or are new to wines like this. Spring flowers, jasmine, roses, daphne, gardenia, kumquat, nashi pears and freshly cut canary melons. The residual sweetness is enough to keep the wine juicy, fresh and entirely smashable.” Curly Haslam-Coates
