Sirocco South Feast and Forage Tours

Looking to do something different, unique and exclusive? Have you considered being involved with one of the “Feast and Forage” Tours lead by experienced forager Mic Giuliani? We have! For the past 3 years we have been working with Mic on his unique offering. Imagine being guided on an instructive forage through either the wetland swamps of Dodges Ferry or the pine forests of Seven Mile Beach, then arriving at your base camp where you will enjoy a six-course meal! This is freshly cooked using your foraged ingredients – accompanied by five matched Bream Creek wines. General Manager Rafe will be on hand to act as sommelier and guide your through each course.
