We generally send our wine orders – securely packaged – with either Australia Post or Aramax (formerly Fastway). If you have a preference for one or the other, we can send with your preferred option - however, please clearly specify your preference in the "Notes" section of your order.

Delivery time frames are generally 4-8 clear business days to regional capitals (excluding Perth, which is generally 10 clear business days), and up to 10 business days to rural or regional addresses. However, please understand that these time frames increasesignificantlyaround Christmas each year. We encourage all pre Christmas deliveries to be made as promptly as possible, to provide the best change of delivery before Santa arrives! Also, delivery time frames may be impacted by pandemics (such as COVID-19) and resultant lockdowns. Please contact us with any questions!

We may decide to hold your wine order if we are concerned that it will be greater that 29°C (per the BOM Forecast) at the destination at the estimated date of arrival. You can also request us to hold your wine order until you are happy for it to be sent - simply mark this clearly in the "Notes" section of your order and drop Rafe a lineherewhen you are ready for it to be sent. Finally, please understand that forecasts change and estimated delivery dates are just that - estimates.

We currently only post wine orders within Australia. If you wish to order wine for posting overseas, please email us first to discuss.

If, in the unusual circumstance that a bottle of wine is broken when delivered to you, please do not accept delivery, ask the delivery company to return it to us as soon as possible and email us so we can ensure a replacement delivery of wine is sent to you as soon as possible.
