New Release Wines - Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Riesling and Sparkling Rosé! 

Our success at the 2026 Sydney Royal Wine Show (read above!) was a great opportunity to bring forward the release of a range of new wines. Below are our brief notes on these new wines, along with video tasting notes (where made). Please note that, for the 2024 Reserve Chardonnay and 2025 Reserve Chardonnay, bottle limits do apply so we can "share the love": 

  • 2025 Pinot Noir: Winner of the Trophy for "Best Pinot Noir" at the 2026 Sydney Royal Wine Show, as well as gold medals in all four wine shows it has been entered into so far (2026 Sydney Royal Wine Show, 2026 Royal Queensland Wine Awards, 2026 Cowra Wine Show and 2026 International Wine & Spirit Awards in Spain). It also receive 94 points from Gary Walsh (writer at the Wine Front) and 92 points from Stuart Knox (writer at The Real Review).
  • 2024 Reserve Pinot Noir: Only made in limited quantities, this is a barrel selection from our 2024 Pinot Noir. Structured, savoury and more tannic than the fruit driven 2025 Pinot Noir, this is a dual Trophy winning and seven time gold medal winning Pinot Noir, which also boats scores of 95+ points from Dave Brookes (Halliday Wine Companion), 95 points from Stuart Knox (The Real Review) and 94 points from Gary Walsh (The Wine Front). Note - 1 bottle per customer limit. 
  • 2025 Reserve Chardonnay: Only made in certain vintages, this is an exceptional Chardonnay for both drinking now as well as for an extended stint in your cellar. Awarded 95 points by both Gary Walsh (The Wine Front) and Huon Hooke (the Real Review), we only made 60 dozen bottles of this wine.
  • 2025 'Old Vine' Reserve Riesling: As many of you will know, RIesling is both my favourite variety as well as Rafe's favourite variety - as well as the biggest selling white wine at our cellar door! At our vineyard at Bream Creek we have a small block of Riesling that was planted in 1974 - amongst the oldest commercial Riesling blocks in Tasmania. These vines are low yielding, so rarely produce enough fruit to make a separate (Reserve/old vine) wine. In 2025 they did, and we were very excited! Our 2025 'Old Vine' Reserve Riesling is made in a distinctly different, more textural way that our 2025 Estate Riesling - 2/3 of this wine was fermented and matured in old French oak barrels for 9 months, and the remaining 1/3 fermented in tank and left on less for 9 months. Mike Bennie and Gary Walsh over at the Wine Front are fans, both giving this wine 96 points. Certainly not your more usual / fruit driven Riesling.

for liquor to be delivered to an adult person under the age of 18 years. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.

for an adult person to order or request a person under the age of 18 years to take delivery to liquor sold over the internet, by telephone, facsimile or mail order. Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.

All orders placed must be delivered to the adult person who placed the order, or another adult person at the delivery premises who undertakes to accept it on behalf of the adult person who placed the order, or in accordance with the customer's instructions. A failure to adhere to these delivery requirements may result in a fine not exceeding 20 penalty units
